The basic charges includes one arrival and one departure of an aircraft and covers:

• all necessary ops and dispatch
• supervisors on apron and outside of airport in pre-, mid, and post-landing stage
• visa assistance
• liaison with authorities and pax-related parties

The basic charges does not include:

• airport and atc fees
• passenger and crew transportation in the airport and to the city
• security agent at aircraft
• other services marked with index "R" on the IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement

Administratino and credit changes

• 11 per cent of third party invoices without prepayment
• 5 per cent of third party invoices under prepayment conditions
